Farmers Independent Agents Benefit from Systems Enhancements
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Farmers Independent Insurance Agents in New Hampshire, Louisiana, Mississippi and Maine are the latest states to see the benefits of system upgrades made by Farmers. The ease of use enhancements include a new auto quoting system, flexible billing options for customers, multi-car capable policies and a data upload functionality.

Overall, the combined enhancements, which began rolling out a few states at a time within the Farmers Independent Agent network January 1, 2007, make it that much easier to do business with Farmers. Georgia, Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina, and Maryland were the first states to launch the improved systems.

Other features gaining positive user feedback and contributing to an improved ease of doing business include the home and auto quote systems automatic policy number generation, automatic MVR and credit score ordering, and pre-filled ACORD forms.

Farmers Independent Agents in Kentucky, Vermont, and Connecticut will launch the enhancements July 1, 2007.
