Foremost's Dwelling Fire Program New in West Virginia; Accepts Properties Many Carriers Don't Want
Grand Rapids, MI -
Agents in West Virginia have a new program for properties many carriers don't want to insure.

The Foremost Dwelling Fire and Nonstandard Homeowners Program rolls out to West Virginia agents on April 1, 2008 and is specifically designed for rental and vacant homes, older and lower value properties, as well as homeowner risks which might not be acceptable in the standard market.

“This program is ideal for customers who've been turned down by traditional homeowner companies,” says Jeff Bair, Zone Executive Director, Foremost Insurance. “Additionally, we'll write 3-4 family rental properties and even vacant homes. Foremost offers a quality product in a niche market few other companies want to take on,” says Bair.

Customers with credit or loss problems have options in the Nonstandard Homeowners Program as well. Foremost may accept properties whose owners have up to five losses, subject to underwriting guidelines and additional documentation.

Foremost offers a wide variety of specialty insurance products for manufactured homes, motor homes, travel trailers, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, personal watercraft, boats and collectible autos. To find out more and to book a Nonstandard Homeowners policy, agents log onto ForemostSTAR.com.
